Shipping and returns


 All online purchases can be returned by shipping back to Taka Chi Dressage Stables. Shipping will not be provided and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

For all items being returned:

  • Items must be with the original packaging
  • IN REASONABLE AND CLEAN condition, with all original parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange.

Returns involving a manufacturer’s warranty or satisfaction guarantee rely solely upon the discretion of the original product manufacturer.
The following items may not be returned: 

Any items purchased online can only be returned by mailing/shipping the items to Taka Chi Dressage Stables - P.O. Box 357 - Blanca, CO 81123.
All Return deliveries must be paid in advance, COD deliveries will not be accepted and returned to sender, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

All of prices are in $US. We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change between the time that an online order is placed and the time of fulfillment. Customers will be contacted should there be any difficulty in completing their order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION is available to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Fulfillment and distribution for orders placed through are conducted Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm MST.
Shipping guarantee applicable to in-stock product only. Delivery times vary by State.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. To make sure that shipments to addresses with rural routes get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order.
The finalized shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to you entering your credit card information in the payment page. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product(s) being delivered and the shipping address.

Please note.
Bulk orders, corporate orders or unusually heavy items may require additional shipping fees.  Customers will be contacted should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order. Orders usually ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We may use sub-contracted delivery services to some rural destinations. Not all delivery options are available in these circumstances. All Shipments are sent by USPS - United States Postal Service.

Most orders are shipped next business day after order; please allow 7-10 days for delivery
**Orders to rural areas may take 1-2 days longer than the posted dates to Major City Centers.
